Optimist Club presents ATV

Juan Colunga and his daughter Stephanie of Washington-Wilkes are shown with the Eagle 50-CC ATV which Mr. Colunga won in a raffle sponsored by the Optimist Club of Washington. The winning ticket was drawn at this year's Friend of Youth Auction and Barbecue held Thursday, November 15, at the VFW Post 5899.
