Tourney yields big donation

Sabrina Bennett (right) of Beta Sigma Phi presented a check for $4,000 to Bunny W. Gunby for the WIlkes County Cancer Relief Fund. The money was raised by Beta Sigma Phi at its recent golf tournament in memory of Nancy Callaway Long. The Cancer Relief Fund will use the money to provide gas, transportation, and other needs to Wilkes County cancer patients undergoing treatment. To make a donation, call Gunby at 706-678-4439.
