Harper's Personal Care residents enjoy visiting with family, friends
Rev. Dale Fincher presented a devotional and singing for the residents. .Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Perry, Mrs. Doris Rhodes and Mrs. Rose Newby entertained for Mrs. Lois Flynt's 91st birthday with a celebration with residents and family. Birthday cake and iced tea were served and everyone sang Happy Birthday. .Sandra Deese spent a few days with her sister over the Thanksgiving holidays. .Josephine Smith visited her sister, Janice, and went to Thomson with her. Michael Smith visited Josephine Smith. She went out with her sister to eat at the Pizza Hut. .Mary and Pat Darden visited Miss Margaret Darden. .Mrs. Joan G. Moon visited residents with the Church of God. .Lindsey Strother visited Mrs. Pete Strother. .Linda Griggs visited her mother, Mrs. Sara Curtis. . Rev. Albert Huyck presented a devotional and singing for the residents and Jo Randall played the piano. . Bobby Blakey and Shirley St. Clair visited Mrs. Lois Flynt. . Sharon Williamson visited her mother, Mrs. Bessie Skipper. .Mrs. Genelle Gill is in the hospital. We hope she will recover soon and come back home. .Sunday, November 25, Mrs. Lois Flynt was treated to a cookout in honor of her 91st birthday which was on November 26. There to honor here were Mr. and Mrs. Sanders Rhodes of the Beulah community; Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Perry of Jasper; Mr. and Mrs. Olin Newby, Laura Newby Cleveland and Jasmine, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rhodes Jr. and Trey. Mr. and Mrs. Carri Newby, Dillon and Kaitlyn of Blackshear visited in the afternoon. Mrs. Flynt received nice gifts.
.Lillie Crawford visited and gave manicures to the residents. . Members of the First Baptist Church Brotherhood brought poinsettias to Harper's. They are beautiful. .Dawn Matthews visited Louise Bagwell. .Pat Tuttle, Sandra O'Pry, and Alma O'Neal visited Mrs. Genelle Gill. . Rachel Beard visited Shirley Beard. .Darinda Holliday went shopping. .Mrs. Pete Strother attended church and had lunch there. Inez and Gene Hall and Mrs. Strother went to see the Tignall Christmas parade. .Mrs. Marie Bradley is in the hospital. We hope she will recover real soon and come back home.
