Wilkes Health Care Center Changes Name to Heritage

Washington, Ga.- Wilkes Health Care Center is changing. We have begun to use our new name - Heritage Healthcare of Wilkes but we are still providing the care and comfort to the sick, frail and elderly of our community as we always have in the past. We are part of UHSPruitt Corporation family of providers as we have been for years and will continue to be.

It was decided that the name change would better reflect the type and level of care provided at Heritage Healthcare of Wilkes and other UHS-Pruitt affiliates. Our professional staff and volunteers continue to be dedicated to providing appropriate post-acute and traditional nursing home care that transitions patients home or offers a longer term experience when needed.

We continue to be "committed to caring" and will provide care and services with an extra warm and personal touch you have come to know.
