Rosemary Hopkins hostess for White Elephant party Dec. 8

Rosemary Hopkins was hostess for the White Elephant party at her home on East Robert Toombs Saturday evening, December 8.

The house was festively decorated for the occasion with lighted trees, Santas, greenery and a myriad of other holiday touches.

Guests brought their favorites for a bountiful buffet of heavy hors d'oeuvres.

After dinner, all gathered in the den for the traditional white elephant gift exchange which brought its usual laughter and surprise with many old gifts reappearing and new ones added.

Attending with the hostess were Tom and Melanie Wells, Pat and Ellis Thornton, John and Linda Webster, Richard and Kay Nelms, David and Gail Hunter, Mike and Phyllis Scarborough, Jerry Stover, and Kermit Hocutt.
