Mason Wheatley celebrates second birthday Nov. 29
On his birthd ay Mason shared cupcakes and cheese puffs with his friends at the home of Gertrude Long. That evening Mason enjoyed a spaghetti supper, one of his favorites, with his parents and grandparents, James and Lillie Davis and JoAnn Wheatley. Mason was treated to a cowboy party at the Metasville School House on December 1. Hot dogs, chili dogs and slaw dogs with all the trimmings were served and cake and ice cream were enjoyed after guests sang "Happy Birthday" to Mason. The children were treated to a hayride after Mason opened his gifts. Party favors were cowboy hats filled with goodies.
Celebrating with Mason and his parents were his grandmothers, JoAnn Wheatley and Lillie Davis; great-grandparents, James and Sara Davis and Sara Wheatley; Greg and Crystal Wheatley, Samantha and Madison, Lenny and Amy Wheatley, Jann Dornberg, C.J. and Harley, Crystal Johnson, Hayley and Hannah, Herman and Amelia Wheatley, James and Sonya Stone and Kayla, all of Washington; Trey and Jamie Anderson, Dusty and Natalie, Sheila Clark, Savannah and Garrett, Gertrude Long, Jenny and Niki Long, Chloe and Ethan Fain and Josh and Lacey Fincher and Jade, all of Tignall, Carolyn Crook and Ricky and Beth Crook of Lincolnton; Josh and Carrie Edwards, Gabe and Peyton, of Thomson; and Julie Yancy and Will Combs of Loganville.
