Garston Townsend celebrates fifth birthday Jan. 12

Garston Lee Townsend, son of Rev. and Mrs. Chris Townsend, celebrated his fifth birthday on Saturday afternoon, January 12, at The Ark of the First Baptist Church.

Garston was the Crocodile Hunter at his party.

Tables were decorated with snakes, lizards, crocodiles and frogs.

Garston had two cakes made by his parents, a green crocodile and a striped snake. With cake guests enjoyed ice cream and M&M's.

The children played outside with Silly String and had a moonwalk for jumping.

Each child received a goody bag with a frog, lizard and snake along with candy.

Celebrating with Garston and his parents were brother, Henry; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Townsend of Decatur; aunts and cousins, Mrs. Rhonda Mullinax and Ander of Oxford and Mrs. Jamie Tabor and Audrey of Lilburn; and friends, Ryan Hucke, Joe and Ron Grimes, Alaina and Trace Callaway, Brett Tanner, Lydia Norman and Johnavi Duggal.
