The Mary C. Reid Women on Mission of the First Baptist Church met in the Jesse Mercer Chapel Tuesday morning, February 5.

Mrs. Dennis Hopkins led the reading of the WMU Watchword, read the WMU mission statement, and offered a prayer.

Mrs. Gene Pollock prayed for those with special needs.

The missionary prayer calendar was given by Mrs. Lynwood Cofer who also led in prayer for the missionaries.

Mrs. James Johnson presented the program on Mary and Martha taken from "Mosaic" magazine.

Mrs. Hopkins closed the meeting in prayer.

Members present were Mrs. Mary Ann Bentley, Mrs. Lynwood Cofer, Mrs. Joe Harris, Mrs. Wayne Henderson, Mrs. Dennis Hopkins, Mrs. James Johnson, Mrs. Gene Pollock, Mrs. Charles Reese and Mrs. Frank Story.
