Mark Bryngelson celebrates sixth birthday Feb. 9

Mark Bryngelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Bryngelson, was six years old on February 9.

Mark celebrated the day before his birthday with his classmates in his kindergarten class at Washington Wilkes Primary School. Everyone enjoyed cupcakes, Chex Mix and drinks. Party favors were sugar cookies baked by Mrs. Marshall Frost.

That evening he celebrated with a dinner at his home with his parents, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. David Thornton; Kevin Thornton, AJ Buchanan, Jesse Buchanan, Janet Thornton and Dixon Caddell who was his spend-the-night guest. Hamburgers and French fries were enjoyed and along with birthday cake which was the Atlanta skyline with a police car baked by his aunt, Janet Thornton.

On his birthday he celebrated with an evening cookout in Augusta with his parents, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bryngelson; great-grandmothers, Mrs. Charlotte Bryngelson and Mrs. Ann Story; also, Mrs. Terry Douglas, Brady and Andrew, all of Augusta, and Mr. and Mrs. Clay Copeland, Madeline, Gracie and Claire, of Macon. His cake, a yellow cake with chocolate icing, was baked by his grandmother, Mrs. Bryngelson.
