Maddie Gunter, daughter of Danny and Monica Gunter, was six years old on March 14.

Maddie enjoyed her first celebration Sunday, March 9, with a Hannah Montana party at her home. Her Hannah Montana cake was served with ice cream, fruit, Cheese Puffs and drinks. Celebrating with Maddie and her parents were her brother, Wright; sisters, Courtney and Meredith; Mr. and Mrs. Jonnie Walker, Mr. and Mrs. David Hutchins and Nicky, Mrs. Reggie Lanier and Blake, Mrs. Sidney Walker, Alex and Taylor, Rev. and Mrs. Billy Tucker, Hayley and Haven, Mrs. Lamar Berry, Kaitlyn and Bryson, Mrs. Preston Fry, Jasmyne and Jeremiah, and Jessica and Mary Ellen Murphy.

Maddie shared cupcakes, Cheese Puffs, apple juice and goody bags with her kindergarten classmates at Washington-Wilkes Primary School on her birthday.

That evening Maddie and her spend-the-night guests, Anne Marie Burriss, Cheyenne Ford, and Ruth Chafin,went to Showtime Bowl for cosmic bowling and then celebrated with supper at McDonald's. The following day Maddie and her friends went to the Easter egg hunt at Sardis Baptist Church.
