Brandon Nickalaus Ivey, son of Arthur and Bertrina Ivey of Washington, was six years old on March 25 and was honored on several occasions.

Brandon was surprised to be featured on the Channel 12 Birthday Club on Tuesday morning. He was also the Cake Factory cake winner.

That afternoon Brandon and his class at Washington-Wilkes Primary School enjoyed Lightning Mc- Queen, Mater and Sally cupcakes, Cheetos and Hawaiian Punch.

On Tuesday evening, Brandon celebrated with a trip to Applebee's in Evans for dinner. After dinner the waiter brought out Brandon's Disney Cars birthday cake and his parents sang Happy Birthday to him. Then Brandon's parents presented him a Bling Bling Lightning Mc- Queen race car and money. He was also guest of honor at Toys R Us. He was presented a balloon, crown and a gift card from Geoffrey's Birthday Club.

Celebrating with Brandon and his parents was a special family friend, Nathan Dawson.
