Neely Collum of Rockmart visited several days with her grandparents, Bill and Teresa Bishop. On Friday Neely's parents, Jimmy and Stephanie Collum, met her and the Bishops at Smoky Bones in Conyers for a birthday supper honoring Neely's fifth birthday.

Visiting several days with Norma Hopkins were Dennis and Fran Hopkins of Acworth, Emily Hopkins of Mechanicsville, Va., Cliff and Lynda Hopkins and Jason Hopkins of Hilton Head, S.C., and Kay and Bob Sauls of Marietta. Several in the family enjoyed attending the Masters in Augusta.

Edward and Susan Pope visited the John Gentry family in Athens Sunday evening and attended church at Mars Hills Baptist Church where granddaughters, Anna and Caroline, sang in a musical program.

l Madison and Kaitlyn Gillispie Cocoa, Fla., returned home Wednesday after several days visit with their father, Steve Gillispie, and grandparents, Bill and Jackie Gillispie. While in Washington they enjoyed celebrating Madison's eighth and Kaitlyn's sixth birthdays.

Gene and Cheryl Edwards joined children and grandchildren, Duncan and Kaci Johnson, Morgan and Duncan, of Augusta and Rodney and Maria Holloway of New York City, for several days vacation at Disney World and Sea World in Orlando, Fla.

Ben and Tammy Echols, Taylor and Dylan, vacationed with friends last weekend at Amelia Island, Fla., and also enjoyed Busch Gardens Tampa, Fla., before returning home.

Weekend guests of Charles and Amelia Chafin were Neil and Judy Jacobs and Nicholyn of Summerville, S.C. Joining the family for dinner Friday evening were Ben, Winjong, Eda and Ian Hopkins of Langhorne, Pa., Scott Hopkins of Houston, Tex., Bob Hopkins of Woodstock, Nancy Garner of Dunwoody, Jane Garner, Bill Rousey, and Evelyn George. Other visitors on Saturday were Jon Benson, Jackie and Dylan Hopkins Chicago, Ill., Neil Jacobs Jr. of Hickory, N.C., Steve Chafin of Forsyth, and other relatives and friends who were in town to attend the memorial service for Mark Hopkins Saturday morning at First Baptist Church.

Smythe and Jane Newsome hosted a birthday luncheon honoring Daniel Newsome on Sunday. Joining Daniel and his grandparents were his parents, Sparky and Mary Newsome, sisters, Lizzie and Molly Newsome, Taylor Lindsey of Athens, and Jo and Buzzy Randall.
