      TO THE EDITOR: THANKS to the most supportive community in the world! W-W's 2008 prom, A Midnight Masquerade, was a huge success due to the generous support of parents and many of our community members. We also have WONDERFUL young people. Prom 2008 is proof that when we all work together, we can make great things happen.

How many will die before Georgia DOT puts up traffic light?
      TO THE EDITOR: I remember when the North By- Pass was built and the city tried to get a traffic light put at the intersection of Poplar Drive and the By- Pass. Thirteen people were killed there before the DOT finally put up the light.
