Phyllis and Chan Drake have returned from a two-week trip to Germany.

Among the locations they visited were Ramstein and Landstuhl where the American hospital is located that the wounded soldiers from Iraq are taken. They also visited the Fisher House where families of the wounded stay when they visit.

Other stops included Trier, the oldest city in Germany, Bastogne, sight of the Battle of the Bulge and Luxemburg.

A Rhine River cruise was a highlight as was a trip to Stuggart to the Mercedes and Porche museums. With his special love for automobiles, Chan was especially excited to be able to tour the Porsche factory.
