Jennifer Holes earns BS degree at Berry, graduates May 10

JENNIFER HOLES JENNIFER HOLES Jennifer Alyssa Holes of Washington received a Bachelor of Science degree from Berry College in Rome during graduation ceremonies held on the Memorial Library Lawn May 10, 2008, with Senator Saxby Chambliss as the keynote speaker.

Holes graduated magna cum laude in Early Childhood Education and was also selected as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.

During her 4 years at Berry, Holes was a member of a Christian musical group "Exaltation."

In addition to the 305 graduates, honorary degrees were presented to S. Truett Cathy, founder of Chickfil A, and Dr. Sam Spector.

Holes was the 2004 valedictorian and STAR student for Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School. She is the daughter of Bruce and Debbie Holes. She is the granddaughter of George and Marion Stasyshyn and Mrs. Ruth Holes, all of Washington.
