Barry Fleming (right), former member of the Georgia House of Representatives, spoke to the Washington Rotary Club at its regular weekly meeting last Thursday and told members of several of the important things done during the 2008 session in Atlanta. He talked briefly about transportation, tort reform, tax issues, and other matters. Tammy Bryngelson (left) was program host.
