Lauren Elizabeth Shoemaker graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration; a major in finance and a concentration in real estate.

Commencement exercises were held Saturday, May 10, in Tuscaloosa, Ala. Lauren is currently employed by Pritchett-Moore Insurance and Real Estate in Tuscaloosa.

She is the daughter of Jan Norman Beavers and Steve Beavers of Powder Springs; and A. Ross Shoemaker III of Houston, Texas. Her grandparents are the late James and Edith Norman of Lincolnton; and Ross and Nadine Shoemaker of Atlanta.
