Alkeisha Davis receives nursing degree May 15

Alkeisha Samuels Davis Alkeisha Samuels Davis Alkeisha Samuels Davis was awarded her Associate in Health Science degree with a major in Nursing from Piedmont Technical College during commencement exercises Thursday, May 15, at Greenwood Civic Center in Greenwood, S.C.

Mrs. Davis is a l997 graduate of Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School and has been notified that she has successfully completed her State Board Exams. She is employed by Aiken Regional Medical Center in Aiken, S.C.

Mrs. Davis resides in New Ellenton, S.C., with her husband, Clifton Davis, and their two daughters, My'asia and My'kaila. She is the daughter of Antoinette Turner of Tignall and Welborn Samuels of Augusta.

Attending graduation were her mother and her daughters, also, her sister, Latashia Rayton of Elberton, and brother, Welborn Samuels Jr. of Texas.

The family hosted a celebration and cookout on May 17 at the home of Mrs. Davis' mother in Tignall.
