Kelly Dresch was guest of honor at a surprise birthday celebration Saturday evening, May 31, on the patio at The Fitzpatrick Hotel given by Cyndee Niemann.

The buffet and guests' tables were covered in white linens. Laura Sleighter assisted Miss Niemann by providing a centerpiece of pink and Vendela roses, other pink roses, oak hydrangea, white lisianthus and daisy palms on the buffet and pink rose petals, silver heart confetti and low floral arrangements of snapdragons, Vendela roses and white Gerber daisies in mint julep cups for other tables. The buffet had added touches of ivy and eleagnus.

Guests enjoyed Swedish meatballs, wings, a platter of assorted cheeses and crackers and fresh fruits.

A band composed of Dickie Cox, Harold Mead, Pete Bragg and Buzz Aldridge played until 10:45 in the evening.
