Elaine Filipiak of Washington was the guest speaker at the Washington Kiwanis Club meeting on Tuesday, June 17. Filipiak explained the nature of her Washington tour business, "Miss Fanny's Tours," how it originated, what the tours encompass, and some very entertaining experiences she's had with visitors to Washington. Chris Hughes was the program host for the day.
