Dr. Cobb working at Emory in Nephrology fellowship
Dr. Jason Cobb is participating in a fellowship match with the Emory University Nephrology program. He will train in the care of patients with kidney diseases starting in 2009.
Dr. Cobb, a native of Wilkes County, will continue to work at Emory University, Emory Crawford Long, Grady Memorial, and the Atlanta Veterans Administration Hospitals.
He is currently a third-year resident physician in the Emory University Internal Medicine Department. He recently traveled to Chicago and San Francisco to present research projects and is currently a resident physician class representative.
Dr. Cobb is the son of Kay Frances Cobb of Washington. He is the 1998 Valedictorian of Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School; a 2002 graduate of Morehouse College; and a 2006 graduate of Emory University School of Medicine.
