Riders raise ten large

 On the most recent motorcycle "Ride Against Cancer" held Saturday, July 12, the TJ & Friends Foundation raised about $10,000 to be used to assist cancer sufferers in Elbert, Wilkes, and surrounding counties. Those participating in the ride included (front, l-r) Bennie Johnson, Andi Johnson, (second row) Michelle Scarborough, Doris Hughes, Angela Johnson, Terry Johnson (TJ), Sandra Harrison, Gary Purvis, Mike Webb, (third row) Darren Scarborough, Suriya Razzak, Mary Jean Ginn, Blake Thompson, Chuck Almond, (fourth row) Lori Higginbotham, Shannon Forston, and Steve Higginbotham.
