Norman Englett, 72, died Tuesday, June 17, 2008, at Embracing Hospice of South Atlanta in Clayton County. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Englett was a resident of McDonough and was a retired truck driver. He was the son of the late Walter Englett and Esther Isabelle Hamilton Englett.

Survivors include two daughters, Pamela Goldman and her husband James of Washington, and Vicki Delleney and her husband Tom of Denver, Colorado; a son, Jeff Englett of McDonough; four brothers, Dudley Englett, Fred Englett, David Englett, and Kenneth Englett; a sister, Faith Mummert; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
