Angie Gilland (left) welcomes program speaker Newton Gunter to the Xi Zeta Delta meeting. Newton Gunter was guest speaker at the meeting of the Xi Zeta Delta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Monday, June 23, at the home of the hostess, Angie Gilland on Sherwood Drive.

Mr. Gunter amazed members with his creative skill in creating a Fourth of July wreath and his speed in making bows. Members enjoyed the hands-on training in decorating. The wreath was later won by Kim Winfrey as a door prize.

A business meeting preceded the program.

Members enjoyed an assortment of foods from Lin's Wok.

Members attending with Mrs. Gilland were Angela McGill, Debra Guin, Holly Lunceford, Julie Lewis, Kim Winfrey, Lisa Stevens and Paula Denard.
