The Washington-Wilkes Pre-Kindergarten is accepting applications for the 2008-2009 school year.

Children who will be four years old on or before September 1, 2008, are eligible to attend the Washington Wilkes Pre-Kindergarten.

Parents will need to supply the following items for the child's application: a certified copy of the birth certificate; immunization (shot) record -- 3231; hearing, vision, and dental screening (3300).

Applications are being accepted at 109 East Street, Washington, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. each day.
