Joseph B. Baldwin of Washington, a student in the School of Music at Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill., has been named to the dean's list for the spring quarter of the 2007-08 academic year.

Students on the dean's list have attained a grade point average of at least 3.75-4.0.

Joseph is the son of Brian and Joann Baldwin of Washington and is a graduate of Briarwood Academy in Warrenton.
