Jonathan Conard celebrates with family, friends
Jonathan Conard, son of Jon and Beth Conard of Washington, was one year old on July 21 and was treated to several festivities.
Jonathan's first celebration took place on July 18 while vacationing in Daytona Beach, Fla. He visited nurses that took care of him when he was born at Halifax Medical Center. That evening he celebrated with a steak dinner, enjoyed eating his birthday cake and listening to beach music.
Celebrating with Jonathan and his parents were his grandmother, Pauline Bell; aunt and uncle, Jennifer and Scott Cragle; also, Bill and Linda Smith, Shelley Warrenfells and Logan, Randy and Betsy Strother, Emory and Eli, all of Washington and Renee Young of Bradley, S.C.
Jonathan also celebrated with a special family dinner on July 21 with his mom and dad, grandmother, Pauline Bell, and aunt and uncle, Jennifer and Scott Cragle.
Birthday festivities continued as Jonathan was treated to a Tropical Fish-themed birthday party on July 27 at his home. Tropical fish decorations were used throughout the house. Guests enjoyed hot dogs with all the trimmings, a fish birthday cake and homemade ice cream. Children received sand pails filled with a book, water bottle and goldfish crackers. Thirty family and friends attended.
