Austin Fanning, son of Greg and Marie Fanning, celebrated his fifth birthday on July 16.

On his birthday Austin celebrated with his friends at Valerie's Daycare.

Austin was treated to a Cars-Lightning McQueen party at his home on Saturday, July 19, where he and his guests enjoyed playing with the water-jumping slide, Slip 'N' Slide and water balloons.

Everyone enjoyed chicken nuggets, French fries, cake and ice cream.

Goody bags were given as party favors.

Celebrating with Austin and his parents were his sister, Kaeleigh; grandparents, Pierce and Joyce Barden and Charlie and Dena Burgess; Jodi Welborn and Dawson, Jackie Price, Candler and Tyson; Michelle Fisher, Haley and Dale, Christina Wilson, Thomas, Raina and Lulu, Brandy Thornton and Megan, Harriett Wolfe, Sara Combs, and Celia Wolfe, Michael, Haley and Emily.

The weekend before his birthday Austin and his grandmother, Joyce Barden, shared birthday honors at the Barden home. Other family members gathering for a dinner of ribs and all the trimmings were Pierce Barden, Austin's parents and Kaeleigh; Tim Barden, Graham and Colton, of Buford and Ronnie and Anita Payne, Christian and Hannah, of Bogart.
