Everyone within six miles heard the tornado warning siren from Tignall last week except the Gammons. We were almost under the siren and didn't hear it. A tornado could have taken our house off and we wouldn't know it unless it unplugged the television as the house took off. Our son advised us to sign up for the free weather calling in case of a tornado. There was some damage around, but we were all lucky no one was hurt. ƒCharlene Anderson called to say she knew of someone else in South Dakota who had heard of Tignall. Charlene has two first cousins, Rosanne Anderson and Arlys Schartz, who live in Watertown, South Dakota, and they have both visited here.
