Nadia Jane Al-Azawi William Rubin Kelman Abdulla and Jacqueline Nash Al-Azawi of Duluth announce the engagement of their daughter, Nadia Jane, to William Rubin Kelman of St. Augustine, Fla., son of Isabelle Kelman of Mountainside, N. J., and Marvin and Peggy Kelman of Asheville, N.C.

The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens with a major in Geography. She is a travel consultant with American Express Travel in Atlanta.

Mr. Kelman has an MBA in Finance from New York University and works as an advisor in finance and investments.
