A deacon ordination service was held Sunday, September 14, at Mallorysville Baptist Church.

Marc Hammond and Neil Wilson were ordained at this service. There was a covered dish dinner after he service.

Guests attending the ordination were Will Brooke (cousin of Marc Hammond) and Mac Duncan of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Bill and Terri Hammond, Lola and Makayla of Crawford; and Theresa Duffie of Clarkesville. Theresa is Heather Hammond's mom.
