Noted singer Melanie Hart will perform here on September 22. Melanie Hart, Christian singer and songwriter, will be performing live in the sanctuary at First United Methodist Church, Sunday, October 12, 2008, at 4:30 pm.

Hart and her family have just returned to North America from the country of Georgia where they have been missionaries. She will share about living in a post-Soviet country and missionary opportunities there.

Hart will be performing many songs from her new album "Good Jesus." A love offering will be accepted and copies of her CDs will be for sale. On Tuesday, October 14, at 5:30 p.m., Hart will give a concert for the men at the Washington Pre-release Center.

Then, on Wednesday, October 15, at 7 p.m. she will perform at the First Assemblies of God Church in Lincolnton.
