The Washington-Wilkes Marching Band was rated "Excellent" after performing a Beatles-themed show at the Hartwell Marching Festival on October 18.

Other ratings for the Tiger Marching Band include a rating of Superior for Drum Major Evan Harrison and Excellent ratings for both percussion and colorguard.

Judging is based on a band's performance, marching, and overall appearance.

The band is scheduled to compete again on November 1 in Newnan.
