Mr. and Mrs. Jeremiah O'Hara Smith Krissy Leigh Beggs and Jeremiah O'Hara Smith were united in marriage at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, on the beach in Hilton Head, S.C.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Bufford of Lincolnton, and Mr. and Mrs. Kirby Beggs of Union Point.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Smith of Martinez and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Radakovitz of Washington.

The couple will live in Lincolnton with their children, Christopher Smith and Ashley Veal.
