November 5 - Morning: First United Methodist Church Pre- Kindergarten, Simpson Corner, Wee Care, Wilkes County Head Start, and Heritage Health Care Wilkes.

Afternoon: FunShine Day Care Center, Ashford Courts Apartments, Klassi Kids, Harper's Personal Care Home, and the Harper Street STAR Site.

November 19 - Morning: First United Methodist Church Pre-Kindergarten, Faith Christian Center, U.S. 78 to Rayle, Bartram Trace, Courtground Road, Sisson-Bridges Road, and Beaverdam Road.

Afternoon: Newtown Road, Mallorysville Road, the Anderson Street STAR Site, Tignall Assisted Living, and Pecan Grove Road.
