Madison Olivia Phillips

Robert and Shala Phillips of Lavonia announce the birth of their daughter, Madison Olivia, on Sunday, September 28, at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens. Livie, as she will be called, weighed 8 lbs. 2 ozs., and was 20 ½ inches long. She has a sister, Taylor, who is six years old.

Maternal grandparents are Jim Hendry of Washington and Lee Hendry of Elberton.

Paternal grandparents are Bobby Joe Phillips and Inez Roach of Lavonia.

Mrs. Phillips is the former Shala Hendry of Washington.
