There were not only large crowds of people at the festival Sturday, but also there was a crowd of bees. I think the warm weather and all that good food brought plenty of bees. I seem to have lots of candy except that given to our grandchildren and what Richard has eaten. If we get fat, we can blame it on Halloween. There were no other trick-or-treaters. Maybe the ball game kept them away. ƒI hope everyone voted Tuesday. He will be 100 in February and is still very active. David Paul Jeremiah was the key speaker. They also enjoyed the entertainment of Dennis Swanburg and they went to the Smith Brothers Theater where there were some very talented entertainers. One man sounded just like Elvis Presley. They did take a little time to do some shopping. This group saw three seasons on their trip. They saw some beautiful fall scenery on their way up and when they arrived in Gatlinburg there were many beautiful flowers blooming. The next morning there was frost and then there was snow.
