Geraldine Steed celebrated her 77th birthday Saturday with her daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Her daughters, Cindy Jackson of Ellenwood, Terrie Simmons of Decatur, Jerrie Benson of Douglasville, and Mable Jean Benson; two granddaughters and three great-grandchildren, brought Geraldine to the festival in Tignall then carried her out to lunch at Zaxby's in Elberton.

They all spent the weekend with Geraldine and had a wonderful time together. They have a girls weekend with Geraldine every year on her birthday.

She is blessed to have such wonderful, loving daughters.
