Congressman visits in Washington

Rep. Paul Broun, congressman for Georgia's Tenth District, visited Washington last Thursday, October 23, and made several stops including lunch with fellow Rotary Club members. He told the club specifically about his vote against the recent bailout bill and explained that he evaluates every bill by asking four questions: "Is it right? Is it constitutional? Do we need it? Can we afford it?"
