A memorial service for Norma Jean Bell, 70, of Tignall, will be held Thursday, November 6, 2008, at Rees Funeral Home, Lincolnton, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Russell Davis officiating. She died Saturday, November 1, in Wills Memorial Hospital, Washington.

Mrs. Bell was a native of DeKalb County and was the daughter of the late John and Helen Godfrey Reagin. She had retired as a secretary from a life insurance company in Atlanta.

Survivors include two sons, David Bell, Loganville, and Danny Bell, Duluth; a sister, Linda Ross, Tignall; and two brothers, Johnny Reagin and Tony Reagin, Lithonia.

Rees Funeral Home of Lincolnton is in charge or arrangements.
