Washington Questers meet at Willingham home on October 20
The Washington Questers met at the home of Skeet Willingham and Ginny King on West Robert Toombs Avenue Monday evening, October 20.
Mr. Willingham presented the program, speaking on his extensive collection of Georgia pottery.
"It was the most informative evening," quoted President Pamela Eaton. "Skeet is truly the most knowledgeable person on Southern pottery and it was an educational experience for us all listening as we walked through his house learning about each piece."
This was the third meeting of the new chapter of The Questers which is an international organization of lovers of antiques, collectibles and history. The organization encourages an appreciation for antiquities and the preservation and restoration of historical landmarks. The group is always searching, always discovering.
The Questers is looking for new members who share their passions.
