November bride-elect Ashley Land of Evans was honored at a shower Saturday morning, October 25, in Augusta given by Rachel Nevils of Augusta, Missy Perdue and Cindy Eibson of Appling at the home of the prospective bridegroom's mother, Debra Roberts in Augusta.

For the occasion Miss Land, bride-elect of Rick Roberts of Evans, wore a black shirt over Khaki slacks. She was presented a corsage formed by an orange daisy over black lace.

Guests enjoyed a buffet of heavy hors d'oeuvres from a table covered with a fall cloth and decorated with a centerpiece of a pumpkin and fall flowers. Fall leaves scattered about the table added to the decor.

Thirty-five guests were invited. Attending from Washington-Wilkes were Janette Land and Lindsey Land.
