More than 150 children enjoyed making their own hands-on art projects Saturday morning at the annual Fall ArtFest. Sponsored by the Washington-Wilkes Arts Foundation, the juried art show saw photographer John A. Weber of Watkinsville win the $1,000 First Prize for the second year. Jewelry artist Cherrie Granger took the $500 Second Prize and watercolorist Jeanne Mack took third and $250, President Lou Ricciuti said.
