Special flag honors veterans

The Briarwood Academy National Junior Honor Society observed Veterans Day on Tuesday, November 11, by making a flag with the stripes composed of the names of the families and friends of Briarwood students who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. Military. NJHS members from Washington who participated in the project included (front, l-r) Jarrett Keen, Russell Burdette, (back) Ben Danner, Ryan Pritchett, John Bounds, Brandy Ray, and Kaylie Roberson.
