Harper's Personal Care residents enjoy visiting with family, friends

November 17 - Doris Rhodes and Rhodes Johnson visited Mrs. Lois Flynt. ƒSharon Williamson visited Mrs. Bessie Skipper for lunch. ƒDarinda Holiday went shopping.

November 18 - Lois Poss held exercise class for the residents. ƒGenell Cliatt and Hugh Dyche played the keyboard for the residents.

November 19 - Robin JoAnson dropped by to visit Arnold Wheelbarger and they enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Home Cafe. ƒLois Thornton and Eula B. Hawkins visited their sister, Mrs. Rebecca Gobble. ƒMargie Burke from McDonalds came to play bingo with the residents.

November 20 - Sandra Pope visited Mrs. Pete Strother. ƒThe residents would like to thank the Beulah Baptist WMU for the fruit basket they gave us. Thank you so much for thinking about us. God bless all of you. ƒCherly Massey visited Mrs. Louise Bagwell and Mrs. Eva Reed. ƒBilly and Pat Thornton and Carlo Mayo visited Mrs. Rebecca Gobble. ƒBen Norman visited his aunt, Miss Carrie Norman. ƒMrs. Pete Strother went to the podiatrist and then had lunch at the school with Inez Hall. Then she went to Augusta with Sandra Pope.

November 21 - Mrs. Lillie Crawford visited with the residents. Alina Kuzine visited residents and gave manicures. ƒMrs. Nancy C. Gunby went on an outing.

November 22 - Linda Reese and Kelly Buffington visited Mrs. Rebecca Gobble. We would like to thank them for the magazines they bring us. ƒMrs. Nell Walls went to spend the night with her daughter Melissa. ƒMrs.Lois Flynt went out with her granddaughter, Laura Cleveland. ƒDale Spence went with his wife Susan to the birthday party of their granddaughter Rebecca. ƒMrs. Nancy C. Gunby went to Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. ƒAlan and Robin JoAson visited Arnold Wheelbarger. ƒCarolyn C. Harper from Mt. Carmel Baptist Church visited Mrs. Nancy Gunby. ƒSandra Pope and Inez Hall visited Mrs. Pete Strother. ƒLibby Winkle and Faye Bufford went to the Church of God.

November 25 - Cheryl Massey visited Mrs. Louis Bagwell and Mrs. Eva Reed. ƒMrs. Pete Strother visited at the elementary school in Lincolnton. In the afternoon she went to the doctor in Augusta. ƒ Linda Griggs visited Mrs. Sara Curtis.

November 26 - Barry Rogers brought us some pumpkins. We surely do appreciate them. ƒMargie and Julia came to wish a happy Thanksgiving to the residents and sing hymns, have fellowship and prayer. ƒMrs. Lois Flynt went to celebrate her 92nd birthday at Doris Rhodes' home with all of her family. ƒMrs. Pete Strother went to Inez and Lewis Hall's home to have Thanksgiving with her family. ƒDale Spence went with his wife Susan to visit his aunt.

November 27 - Mrs. Pete Strother went with B.C. and Debra Kennedy to Trey and Jade Kennedy's home for Thanksgiving dinner. ƒMrs. Louise Bagwell went to Bowman for the day and left with Sandra Massey. ƒFaye Bufford spent Thanksgiving with her sister, Donna Bufford, and spent the night with her. ƒMrs. Sara Curtis visited the Griggs family for Thanksgiving. ƒDarinda Holliday went to the home of her sister, Judy Conquest. She came and got Darinda for Thanksgiving. ƒEd Cawley took Melvin Cawley to the home of their sister Sarah and Stanley Parton for Thanksgiving dinner. ƒJake Maddox is now back at Harper's from the VA Hospital. Barry and Ann Rogers had lunch with him. ƒMelissa, Junior, Tripp, Johnathan, Jennnifer, and Hailey Norman visited Mrs. Nell Walls for Thanksgiving.

ƒMrs. Pete Strother enjoyed going to the Little Roy Lewis and Friends banjo picking in Metasville with Russell and Teresa Burdette. ƒMrs. Rebecca Gobble spent Thanksgiving with Billy and Pat Thornton and family, Courtney, Will, and Colton Bonner. They all visited mama Gobble. ƒCheryl and Shulur Massey visited Mrs. Louise Bagwell. She visited the Masseys for Thanksgiving dinner. ƒAmelia Harrison came to get Mrs. Rebecca Gobble for the weekend. ƒMrs. Nancy C. Gunby went on an outing. ƒMrs. Bessie Skipper joined the Williamsons for Thanksgiving at the home of Wayne and Sharon. Her grandchildren, Matt, Alison, and Meredith were there as well as her children, Geneva and Horace, and Betsy Belflower. Mrs. J.W. Williamson also attended. ƒArnold Wheelbarger spent Thanksgiving with Robin and Alan Johnston.

November 29 - Mr. and Mrs. Sanders Rhodes visited Mrs. Lois Flynt. ƒJim and Linda Griggs visited Mrs. Sara Curtis.

November 30 - Mrs. Gunby attended services at Twin Oak Baptist Church. ƒMyra Richardson visited Mrs. Marie Gleaton. ƒAmelia Harrison brought back Mrs. Rebecca Gobble from her house. She spent the weekend there. ƒBen and Linda Norman visited Miss Carrie Norman and decorated for Christmas. ƒTim and Stormil Cosby and Colton Bonner visited Mrs. Rebecca Gobble.
