 Cynthia Walker and family spotted this bald eagle Thanksgiving morning as they were turning off Danburg Road on the way to her parents' home in Warrenton. The eagle, she said, "was trying to get his 'feast' out of the highway. Everytime he swooped down a car would top the hill and back to the tree he would fly. I never leave home without my camera and this was one time I was glad. We all thought this was worth being a little late for our Thanksgiving feast." |
