Thanks to the XI Zeta Delta chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, Santa Claus was able to meet crowds of Wilkes County children at his temporary headquarters at Washington Cellular during Candlelight Shopping last week. Thomas Charping wins easily in Tuesday runoff race for Wilkes Co. Probate Judge
