Madison Lynne Locklair

Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Odell Locklair and Mrs. Gay Conklin of Washington. The paternal great-grandmother is Mrs. Joe Conklin of Upstate New York

Mrs. Locklair is the former Margaret Anne Ray of Washington.

Meredith Ann Spandle

Mark and Adrien Spandle of Statesboro announce the birth of their daughter, Meredith Ann, on Thursday, November 20, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. Meredith weighed 7 lbs. 4 ozs. and was 20 inches long.

Hayden Ashton Zumbro
