Charles and Amelia Chafin enjoyed Thanksgiving week in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., celebrating the holidays and their 50th wedding anniversary. Prior to their trip, they were honored on November 15 by their children and grandchildren, Steve, Mary Beth, Brittni and Casey Chafin of Forsyth and Scott, Donna, Whit and Lauren Chafin at dinner at White Columns in Thomson. The following day, November 16, they were honored by their church family at Bethel United Methodist Church at a luncheon following the morning service.
