Anna Newsome, daughter of Jamie and Charlene Newsome of Martinez, celebrated her third birthday on Saturday, December 6.

Anna first enjoyed a celebration with her classmates as she shared cookies and juice with them at Mother's Day Out at First Baptist Church in Evans.

On Saturday, Anna's grandparents, Jim and Karan Newsome of Rayle, accompanied by Anna's greatgrandmother, Jenelle Newsome, of Washington, were in Augusta with Anna and her parents to treat her to a birthday dinner at Souper Salad. After dinner they all returned to Anna's home for ice cream and cake and to open her presents.
